By purchasing your shoes, you are agreeing to the below terms and conditions.

This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“You” or “Your”) and Starline Customs. You agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.

Please review these terms and conditions carefully.

Starline Customs products are custom made to order. As a result - we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once orders are placed.

All sales are final.

We sell our products as art, but they can be worn and used in every day life.

Please take care when using items as not to scuff or damage them.

We have the right to refuse any order and a reason does not have to be disclosed to the party involved.

Please check your size and order carefully before payment as once a shoe is started mistakes can not be rectified. We are a UK company and as such use UK sizes as a base, please ensure you have checked what that translates to from EU or US sizes.

The waiting list you are given is an estimate and this may increase or decrease by several weeks based on outside influences.

All artwork is done by one person and sometimes things can take longer than expected.

If your design comes off due to *wear and tear we have no legal responsibility to fix it, however, please get in touch and we may offer a touch up service. This may be a chargeable service.

*Wear and tear can happen after 2 days, 2 weeks, 2 months, or any length of time. It is not a manufacturing defect and therefore is not legally classed as faulty.

We may ask you to prove that a design is yours to reproduce if it is a specific animation from an unknown artist.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of the process, please email info@starlinecustoms.com and let us look into it for you.
